Simple but very effective! This video is great for both exercisers and teachers of exercise. It consistently shows how a movement looks coached from the pool deck and how it looks under the water. They take basic moves like lunges, rocking horse, and jacks and make excellent variations without complicated choreography, high impact, or extra equipment. A welcome bonus is the 8-minute land workout, which is a dozen variations on a single exercise: the squat.
